1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
6 eggs
1 cup milk
1 lb jack cheese, shredded
3 ounces cream cheese
2 cups cottage cheese
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
OPTIONAL:
1 cup diced ham, crisp bacon or crabmeat
small broccoli florets, steamed
Melt butter; add flour; cook until smooth.
Beat eggs & add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Add to roux & blend.
Pour into greased or sprayed 9x13" casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
